When we were planning this March wedding the last we expected was to wake up to at least a foot of snow! Nonetheless, we dug our way out and made sure we had all the extra time needed to make sure the wedding still went perfectly planned; a little snow never slows us down!
We arrived at the hotel to drop off all the personal flowers before heading to the church to drop off the altar pieces; the church is one of our favorites! It's quaint, cozy vibe matched with the ornate detailing of the altar always makes for incredible pictures. It's a truly romantic spot to exchange vows.
The reception was held at the Lodge at Stone House at the Stirling Ridge. It was truly an incredible tablescape with layers of interest, texture, and all the greenery we could hope for! We selected the napkins as a way to add some pattern, while pulling in all of the colors in the wedding palette. We adding lots of copper elements, including candles and arrangements, with two different variations of a design. For the cocktail hour we added greenery that wrapped around the cocktail tables, and more candles for tons of ambiance. It was truly a stunning event that not even some snow could cool down!
